Warranty Claim Return Policy

Warranty Claim Return Criteria:

The faulty item is within its manufacturer's warranty period.
The item has not been physically damaged by accident or negligence.
The item has not been used for something it was not designed for.

 


Things to note:

The warranty period covers manufacturer hardware defects and does not cover the item if it is damaged after delivery by natural/uncontrollable events, power surge, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, losing the item, mishandling, misapplication, or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.

All of our products will be covered by at least 1 year under a manufacturer's warranty.
We intend to uphold your consumer rights and meet our duties as a responsible retailer.
The cost of shipping back a faulty item  will be at our expense.

 

 

Returns
Need to return an item?

The item I ordered arrived damaged, faulty, or does not work as intended
If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or is not working as intended, please notify us as soon as possible. Once you have notified us, we will arrange for the return of the product for assessment. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault, it will either be repaired or replaced free of charge.

For fast processing of your return, please ensure the following:

You retain the original packaging, including our box or satchel, if the item has arrived damaged 
You attach clear photographs of the damage
You accurately describe the fault or damage
Contact customer service to arrange a return.

 

How long is my warranty period? What does my warranty cover?

We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and working with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims. Products sold by Mighty Ape will be covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty for at least a one year period from the date of purchase.


Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.

Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents which cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.
